Salvadore, Jr. ASA, CEA, is President of Kingfish Capital Advisors, LLC. a professional machinery & equipment valuation firm providing valuations for banks, lenders, private equity, venture and vulture investment entities, courts, receivers, trustees, attorneys and accountants, the United States Small Business Administration, the Internal Revenues Service, businesses and insurance entities and other users of appraisal reports both domestically and internationally. Kingfish Capital Advisors, LLC provides USPAP compliant appraisal reports in the machinery and equipment space.

Warren H. Morss GG GIA, ASA, MGA® is the Managing Principal at Boston Estate & Gem Appraisal, a boutique gem and jewelry consulting firm offering selling & buying services as well as independent appraisals. He has over 40 years of experience in the jewelry industry and related fields. His clients consist of banks, attorneys, insurance companies and private individuals. He holds a Graduate Gemologist (GG) degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers specializing in gems and jewelry.

Richard has been the President of the Boston ASA Chapter twice. Now the Chair of the ASA International Marketing Committee and Co-Editor of the ASA Quarterly ARM Journal, he is at work producing an ARM Resource Manual for ASA. He resides in Attleboro with his wife Martha and two 85-pound Retrievers, Sophie and Zoltan.

Bill is an Appraisal Compliance Strategist at Amrock, LLC, a leading national provider of valuation products and services. Focusing on and specializing in compliance with national, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines for the valuation of residential real estate and licensure of real estate appraisers. A recent presenter at the 2023 ASA International Conference on Fannie Mae's Collateral Underwriter for residential appraisers. With over four decades of residential real estate appraisal experience as a bank staff appraiser, Fannie Mae Quality Control Reviewer, and independent fee appraiser as well as providing guidance and support as a Subject Matter Expert to the Appraiser Qualification Board at the Appraisal Foundation, authoring articles, providing training on such current topics as bias and discrimination, appraisal review methods and techniques and best practices as well as the latest investor and government requirements and guidelines. Currently licensed as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Michigan, Florida, Texas, Iowa, Massachusetts, and lastly, the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Jack Cacchiotti is a partner in the Certified Public Accounting firm of Withum, Smith + Brown. He has been practicing public accounting for the past 30 years and prior to that was Divisional Controller for several divisions of a NASDAQ publicly traded company. Besides business valuation and litigation support, Jack concentrates his efforts in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions as well as obtaining financing and management consulting.
